Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field; master's preferred.
• Minimum five years of successful teaching experience; at least three in MCPS.
• Meets Maryland licensure requirements in an appropriate field of education.
• Experience presenting to adult learners and leading instructional workshops is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide job-embedded professional learning and implementation support to teachers.
• Coach and mentor teachers around standards and instructional leadership.
