Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction to students with severe disabilities in a substantially separate program.
• Collaborate with general and special education teams to implement IEPs.
• Maintain a continuous caseload and deliver accommodations consistently.
• Develop and implement IEPs and SMART goals with progress reports.
• Administer, interpret, and report findings from evaluations, including remote assessments if needed.
• Communicate with parents and participate in IEP meetings.
• Support paraprofessionals and other staff in implementing goals and accommodations.
• Use inclusive and innovative instructional strategies and technology to enhance access to learning.
