Responsibilities

• Create lesson plans aligned to state and national standards, and deliver instructional activities.
• Create and utilize engaging activities to support students' learning and development.
• Encourage student learning through collaboration and discussion.
• Guide students individually and in groups in preparing for assessments.
• Collaborate with colleagues on units and assessments; revise curricula as needed.
• Assist in selecting instructional materials and classroom supplies.
• Provide ongoing feedback to students through formative assessments.
