St. Michael-Albertville School District is seeking a Long-Term Substitute Licensed School Nurse for Sept. 10 to Oct. 30, 2026. The role covers district-wide needs, primarily assigned to the two middle schools, and works 8:00am–3:30pm, Monday through Friday.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and MN PELSB licensure as a school nurse (LSN). Compensation is based on the Substitute rate at 259.63/day, with position salaried and exempt.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and all requirements of the MN PELSB licensure as a school nurse (LSN).

Responsibilities

• Identify, remove, and remediate health-related barriers to learning to ensure the health and safety of students and staff.
• Serve as a liaison between school, parents/guardians, and community in health-related matters.
• Work on-site under the supervision of the building principal with direction from the director of special services.
