Corpay is seeking a Long Term Housing Billing Specialist for the ALE Solutions division in St. Charles, IL. You will perform accounting functions, enter revenue and invoices into D365, and prepare files for monthly invoicing. Collaboration with the billing team and a focus on accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 2+ years of accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with insurance billing is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Microsoft Dynamics experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze long-term housing placements for accuracy before uploading to D365.
• Enter revenue fees into D365 manually and via upload automation.
• Enter long-term housing invoices into D365 manually and via upload automation.
• Prepare files for monthly invoice run on the 15th of each month.
• Review and generate extension invoices in D365 using manual and automated methods.
• Participate in a rotation for investigating and responding to billing inquiries.
• Process additional invoicing requests (RFIs).
• Act as back-up for all billing requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Long Term Housing Billing Specialist within our ALE Solutions division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in St. Charles, IL. In this role, you will perform accounting functions of the company. You will report directly to the Director of Billing.

How We Work

As a Long Term Housing Billing Specialist, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

• Home office set up (Working hours 8-5, M-F)
• Company-issued equipment
• Formal, virtual training

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

• Analyzes long-term housing placements for accuracy prior to uploading to D365 Accounting platform.
• Enters all revenue fees into the D365 accounting system; both manually and utilizing upload automation.
• Enters long-term housing invoices into D365; both manually and utilizing upload automation.
• Prepares files for monthly invoice run on the 15th of each month.
• Reviews and generates extension invoices in D365 using both manual and automated methods.
• Participates in a rotation for investigating and responding to billing related inquiries.
• Processes additional requests for invoicing (RFIs).
• Acts as back-up for all billing requests.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
• ACT program experience a plus
• Microsoft Dynamics experience a plus
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills, be very organized, have strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi task, self start, and be a team player
• Attention to detail and accuracy are critical skills for this position

Pay Transparency

The expected hourly range for this position is $21-$22, based on the candidate’s work location. This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final offer will be determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable market conditions. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and will be confirmed during the hiring process.
