Job summary

Lincare Holdings is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support fulfillment and shipment of customer orders. You will operate material handling equipment, sort and stage items, and prepare orders for packing and shipping in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and offers training; forklift certification is expected. Candidates with 3–6 months of warehouse experience and a safety-minded approach are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–6 months experience in a warehouse environment preferred; training provided.
• Previous shipping/distribution and/or warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass forklift certification.
• Operate power industrial equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill and ship customer orders.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and other handling equipment as part of distribution.
• Sort materials onto racks/shelves by size, equipment type, model, or part number.
• Move and load products from staging/storage into trailers.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and convey orders to packing/shipping.
• Pack and prep outbound orders and perform QA checks for equipment readiness and accuracy.
• Follow safety regulations while operating equipment.

Job description

TheWarehouse Associate is responsible for the fulfillment and shipment of customer orders.

• Forklift, pallet jack, and/or other material handling equipment as part of the distribution process within a fast-paced warehouse setting
• Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, equipment type, model, or part number
• Efficiently moves and loads product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers
• Assembles customer orders from stock, stage orders, and/or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department according to center purchase orders
• Performs proper packing and prep of all outbound orders
  • Performs QA check for equipment readiness and accuracy
• Follow safety regulations while operating equipment

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required
• Preferred 3 to 6 months experience in a warehouse environment
  • Training provided as necessary
• Previous shipping/distribution and/or warehouse experience preferred
• Must be able to successfully pass and maintain forklift certification
• operate power industrial equipment as needed

Physical Demands:

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 60 pounds. T his employee will be regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and can be exposed to extreme heat and extreme cold, including climates consistent with outside weather conditions.
