CVS Health (Omnicare) seeks a client-focused professional to manage relationships with long-term care facilities across northern and southern Indiana and nearby Kentucky. You will serve as the primary contact, coordinating with facility staff and internal teams to resolve issues and drive value.

The role requires 2+ years in customer-facing roles, willingness to travel up to 75%, and strong communication skills. Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Must reside in northern Indiana, southern Indiana, or northern Kentucky.
• Ability to travel up to 60-75% within Indiana.
• Occasional evenings & weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with LTC facilities by phone, email, or in person.
• Identify at-risk accounts and develop action plans with internal partners.
• Manage routine client support activities and resolve issues.
• Conduct quarterly Executive Reviews with facility leadership to review deliverables.
