Job summary

Pride Health is seeking a Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care for a contract assignment in Appleton, WI. Schedule: Days, 6:00am-2:30pm, 32 guaranteed hours/week, every 2nd or 3rd weekend. Location: Appleton, WI. Pay: $50-$55 per hour, based on experience and credentials.

The role involves supporting a leading healthcare organization, implementing care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• RN experience required; Long-Term Care experience preferred
• Epic and Pyxis experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing patient care plans and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
• Provide age-appropriate, culturally sensitive nursing care while maintaining patient safety and clinical excellence.
• Document patient care accurately, respond effectively to emergencies, and contribute to process improvements that enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
