Job summary

Evergreen Retirement Community in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a compassionate Long-Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team. You will provide high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive environment.This position involves two shifts in a two-week pay period on the AM shift (6:30am–2:45pm), with weekend rotation every other Saturday and Sunday. Qualifications

• Valid RN or LPN license in Wisconsin.
• Previous experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Foster strong relationships with residents and families, providing support and education.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Participate in staff training and development activities.
