Bay Bluffs- Emmet County Medical Care Facility in Harbor Springs, MI, is seeking registered nurses with geriatric, end-of-life, or palliative care experience to join our compassionate team. Responsibilities include completing assessments, administering medications, monitoring vitals, and communicating effectively with residents, families, and care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s School of Nursing, or vocational nursing.
• Current state license as an RN
• Proof of current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify residents' needs
• Assess residents’ conditions, chart observations, and monitor vital signs and medications
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians

Bay Bluffs- Emmet County Medical Care Facility is currently seeking nurses with geriatric, end of life and/or palliative care experience. With a total team approach, we combine dedicated administration with an experienced professional staff to offer a variety of services and programs for our residents, ranging for short term rehabilitation to long-term and dementia focused care, and End of Life/Hospice care. Be the Difference

• Assess residents’ conditions and chart observations, and perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review
• Administer medication as prescribed by the resident’s physician
