Job summary

Bay Bluffs - Emmet County Medical Care Facility in Michigan is hiring compassionate CNAs to join a dedicated care team. As a CNA you will assist residents with activities of daily living, follow care plans, and support a resident-centered environment across shifts in our 5-star rated facility.

Qualifications

• Pass the Michigan CNA Competency exam.
• Maintain certification and CMS requirements.
• Minimum of 12 hours in-service annually.
• Good communication skills and ability to hear/respond to resident requests.
• Must work weekends, holidays and on-call days.
• Be able to read and follow oral and written directions.
• Be able to speak and understand English.
• Have a positive attitude toward the elderly.
• Must be able to pass a background check and fingerprint process.
