Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Provides direct patient care under RN supervision and monitors vital signs.
• Conducts focused assessments and reports changes to team.
• Administers medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed.
• Assists in developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans.
• Maintains accurate documentation of patient care and observations in the chart.
• Educates patients and families on health maintenance and post-discharge care.
• Ensures adherence to infection control and safety standards.
• Assists with wound care, catheterization, and specimen collection within scope.
• Supports orientation and training of new staff or nursing students.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Prepares and maintains equipment and supplies for patient care.
