Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Monitor vital signs and assist with activities of daily living.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Document patient care accurately in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Ensure infection control protocols and safety standards.
• Assist with wound care, catheterization, and specimen collection as scope allows.
• Participate in orientation and training of staff or students.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Maintain equipment and supply readiness.
• Respond to medical emergencies and support code team.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with policies.
