Villa Healthcare in Clarkston, MI, is seeking a Registered Dietician to join our care team. You will provide nutritional meals per residents' care plans, guide nutrition therapy, and document patient intake to support individualized treatment goals.

You’ll collaborate with the care team, assist with menu planning and substitutions, monitor weight and nutrition risk, ensure sanitation and safety, and complete required paperwork.

Qualificações

• Associate’s degree in dietetics or nutrition required.
• Completion of a CADE-approved dietetic technician program.
• Experience in industrial food production preferred.
• Prior experience in a long-term care facility is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nutritional meals per residents' care plans and document intake.
• Plan meals and communicate plans with care team.
• Monitor weight changes and nutrition risk; adjust interventions as needed.
• Lead Nutrition at Risk meetings with care team for collaborative plans.
• Support kitchen in menu planning and substitutions as needed.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain communication across staff.
