Villa At Borgess Place is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join their team in Michigan. You will provide nutritional meals per patients' care plans, guide nutrition therapy, document intake, and support the kitchen with menu planning.

Responsibilities include counseling residents and families, monitoring weight and nutrition risk, and participating in Nutrition at Risk meetings with the care team. A strong understanding of clinical nutrition and state regulations is essential.

Qualificações

• Associate’s degree in dietetics or nutrition is required.
• Completion of a CADE-approved dietetic technician program.
• Experience in long-term care or industrial food production is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan resident meals per care plan and document intake.
• Provide nutrition counseling to residents and families.
• Monitor weight changes and adjust interventions for nutrition risk.
• Support kitchen in menu development and substitutions as needed.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and proper food handling.
• Complete required paperwork and communicate plans to staff.
• Participate in Nutrition at Risk meetings with care team.
