DiningRD is seeking a Registered Dietitian for two Assisted Living Communities. You will conduct quarterly onsite visits (6 hours each) to perform food safety/sanitation audits, dining/meal observations, and nutrition referrals for high‑risk residents.

As part of a supportive network of RD colleagues, you will train dining managers and staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with clinical teams to optimize resident nutrition programs.

Qualifications

• CDR credentials required.
• State license required if mandated by state.
• Minimum 2 years consulting experience; LTC preferred but not required.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and communicate effectively.
• Ability to train and mentor staff.

Responsabilités

• Conduct quarterly onsite nutrition audits and sanitation reviews in assisted living communities.
• Perform meal/dining observations and nutrition referrals for high‑risk residents.
