Job summary

DiningRD is seeking a Registered Dietitian for an Assisted Living Community. You will perform quarterly onsite visits to complete food safety audits and nutrition referrals, working closely with clinical staff to support high-risk residents.

The role offers a flexible schedule, ongoing education opportunities, and access to a broad RD network. Prior long-term care experience is valued; state-specific licensure may apply.

Qualifications

• CDR credentials required.
• State license required by state (if applicable).
• 2 years of consulting experience preferred.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform quarterly onsite visits (4 hours/visit) to complete food safety and sanitation audits.
• Conduct meal and dining observation audits.
• Address nutrition referrals for high-risk residents in coordination with the clinical team.
• Provide nutrition education and guidance to dining staff and managers.
• Assist with policy development and regulatory compliance across local, state, and federal requirements.
