Job summary

CVS Health, via Omnicare, seeks an Account Manager to direct workflow for managing local client relationships and drive customer satisfaction. You will be the liaison between clients and the enterprise, supporting contract renewals and growth opportunities while coordinating with leadership.

The role requires 2+ years of customer-facing experience, proficiency with Salesforce CRM, and the ability to travel up to 50-60% within PA and WV. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, including Salesforce.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs with leadership to present value propositions for new products and services.
• Assist with contract status reports and renewals within the book of business.
• Manage client meetings, summarize notes, and disseminate follow-ups to leadership.
• Build relationships with clients through regular meetings to identify needs and opportunities.
