• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma or GED accepted.
• Proficient with CRM systems; Salesforce experience beneficial.
• Willingness to travel up to 50-60% in PA/WV.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses client needs and presents a value proposition to grow the customer base.
• Manages client meetings, summarizes notes, and shares follow-up actions.
• Builds relationships through regular meetings to identify opportunities.
• Conducts quarterly executive reviews of deliverables and opportunities.
• Reviews contracts for compliance and timely follow-up; other duties as assigned.
