Job summary

Framingham Public Schools is seeking a Long Term Substitute ABA Specialist for Dunning Elementary School in Framingham, MA. Qualifications

• Two to three years of supervised ABA training and experience, preferably in a public school setting.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based ABA interventions to students with ASD and developmental delays.
• Collaborate with BCBA and multidisciplinary team to develop and implement IEP-based plans.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data and track progress toward IEP/BIP goals.
• Maintain accurate confidential records of interventions and progress.
• Support teachers and caregivers with ABA principles under BCBA guidance.

Skills

ABA experience

RBT certification preferred

Education

Bachelor's degree in Education or Psychology
