Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• 3+ years Outside Plant fiber deployment and troubleshooting.
• Experience with KPIs and data mining tools (SQL, Python, Power Query).

Responsibilities

• Monitor vendor delivery of physical infrastructure projects.
• Drive on-time delivery and KPI-based quality.
• Interface with Networking, Data Center Engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Develop a quality management program for defects and root-cause analysis.
• Manage and track approved network plans to service.
