Qualifications

• Experience delivering infrastructure programs across large-scale networks.
• Strong vendor performance management and KPI tracking.
• Ability to create and implement quality management and defect tracking.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall Network Infrastructure strategy within GCID‑FD.
• Own vendor management and on-time deployment with KPI tracking.
• Develop and implement quality programs to track defects and analyze root-causes.
• Create standard reporting mechanisms and provide progress updates to management.
• Manage multiple cross-functional programs, potentially global in scope.
• Interact with engineers, technicians, vendors, and senior management daily.
