Utz Quality Foods, LLC is expanding into a brand-new, top-of-the-line warehouse. The Distribution Clerk-Wave Planner role offers flexible scheduling across all 4 shifts and a path for growth within a fast-paced environment.

The position focuses on creating wave plans in Blue Yonder WMS, monitoring orders, and collaborating with warehouse teams to optimize fulfillment while tracking KPIs and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage wave plans in Blue Yonder WMS to ensure optimal order picking and shipping efficiency.
• Monitor and prioritize orders based on customer requirements, inventory levels, and shipping schedules.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors, inventory control, and shipping teams to ensure smooth execution of wave plans.
• Track and analyze KPIs related to wave planning and order fulfillment, identifying areas for improvement.
• Address and resolve issues or discrepancies related to wave planning, order picking, and shipping.
• Maintain and update WMS configurations and settings to support efficient wave planning processes.
• Scan and upload all shipping documents in TMS from the previous day.
• Check-in all incoming drivers in Blue Yonder to confirm load details are accurate.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance warehouse operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with warehouse management systems, preferably Blue Yonder.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
