Job summary

UTZ Brands, Inc. is expanding with a brand-new warehouse and seeks aDistribution Clerk-Wave Planner to manage wave plans and optimize order fulfillment. You will drive efficiency using Blue Yonder WMS, coordinate with warehousing teams, and analyze KPIs to improve performance. This role supports growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with warehouse management systems, preferably Blue Yonder.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage wave plans in Blue Yonder WMS for efficient picking and shipping.
• Prioritize orders based on requirements, inventory, and schedules.
• Collaborate with warehouse, inventory, and shipping teams to implement plans.
• Track KPIs related to wave planning and fulfillment, identify improvements.
• Resolve issues related to wave planning, picking, and shipping.
• Maintain WMS configurations to support planning processes.
• Scan and upload shipping docs in TMS from previous day.
• Check-in incoming drivers in Blue Yonder to confirm load details.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage wave plans in Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure optimal order picking and shipping efficiency.
• Monitor and prioritize orders based on customer requirements, inventory levels, and shipping schedules.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors, inventory control, and shipping teams to ensure smooth execution of wave plans.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to wave planning and order fulfillment, identifying areas for improvement.
• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to wave planning, order picking, and shipping.
• Maintain and update WMS configurations and settings to support efficient wave planning processes.
• Scan and upload all shipping documents in TMS from the previous day.
• Check-in all incoming drivers in Blue Yonder to confirm load details are accurate.
