APL Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead in the United States (Wisconsin, Oak Creek) to supervise, train, and coach warehouse personnel while upholding safety and efficiency in operations.

The role involves scheduling, unloading inbound and loading outbound shipments, and ensuring inventory controls are accurate. Strong leadership and communication are essential to manage shifts and provide hands-on training.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years warehouse or related work experience required.
• 2 years forklift/material handling skills required and Equipment Certification required.
• Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions, safety rules, and procedures.
• Ability to write legibly and have basic math, computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to lead others to complete work requirements.
• Ability to communicate in a professional and positive manner

Responsabilités

• Unloading Inbounds, Loading Outbounds and staging per procedures.
• Ensure Inventory Control and Storage accuracy via cycle counts and audits.
• Support Shipping and Receiving Clerk and team members.
• Perform material handler duties as directed by a senior lead or supervisor.
