Desired Previous Job Experience:

• High School diploma or higher (degree preferred)

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• At least two years of leadership experience
• Highly motivated, energetic, and capable of addressing issues with a strong sense of urgency
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to report and recommend solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

• Generate productivity reports, monitor labor standards, and ensure adherence to budgets and divisional goals
