Job summary

Mondelez International in Memphis is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead daily warehousing activities, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvements in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

You will manage stock accuracy, capacity, and collaboration with logistics partners, ensuring compliance with HACCP and safety standards while guiding a direct team and coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or supply chain management.
  • Leadership experience managing direct warehouse teams, including attendance, payroll, PTO, hiring and termination.
  • Background in FMCG/CPG is a strong advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with forklifts and electric pallet jacks preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review stock accuracy and align SAP with the warehouse system across stakeholders.
  • Monitor capacity utilization, KPI performance, and implement corrective measures.
  • Collaborate with service providers to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
  • Oversee inbound/outbound/co-packing/warehousing and shelf-life monitoring.
  • Conduct cost analyses, support tenders, and drive continuous improvement projects.

Make It Possible.You will execute warehouse operations in term of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policies compliance. You will also work collaboratively with key internal and external (third-party logistics vendors) business partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions and execution. You will also be responsible for activities such as inventory management (iDoc management, stock reconciliation), interfaces monitoring, track and trace, claims management, invoice management, compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management), tenders support, third-party performance management, pallets management.How you will contributeYou will:Review and analyze stock inaccuracies and guarantee accurate stock alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system based on available information among stakeholders. Analyze and verify capacity utilization, performance and KPI monitoring, and introduce corrective measures in case of missing KPIs and the need to reduce additional capacityWork with our service providers to ensure the delivery of our trading partners in terms of punctuality and completeness, taking into account quality and HACCP guidelinesMonitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing and distribution activities to ensure shelf-life monitoring and management, supports reduction of write offs and constantly looks for opportunities to improve productivitiesConduct project-related and ad hoc tasks, in particular in connection with continuous improvement projects and tenders and peak managementBuild and provide full-cost analysis (yearly budget), risks and opportunitiesWhat you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:Experience with Microsoft applications, especially highly experienced with excelEnjoys team workExperience in logistics operations, procurement or supply chain function in general as an assetAnalytical thinkingGood knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP.More about this roleWhat you need to know about this position:Experience Level: 2–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or supply chain management.Leadership & Team Management: Proven leadership experience managing direct warehouse teams, including full-cycle attendance management, payroll oversight, PTO approval, hiring, and termination processes.Industry Experience: Background in FMCG / CPG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods / Consumer Packaged Goods) is a strong advantage.What extra ingredients you will bring:Hands-on equipment experience with Forklifts and Electric Pallet Jacks is preferred.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle end-of-quarter volume spikes seamlessly.Education / Certifications:High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Job specific requirements:Proficiency with enterprise tools: SAP ERP, EWM, and S/4HANA experience is highly preferred.Solid background in hands-on inventory tracking, system-to-physical reconciliation, and shift team supervision.Travel requirements:NegligibleWork schedule:Starts at 5:00 AM and runs until daily operational tasks are completed.Occasional Saturday working required typically once a monthExtending shifts based on operational demand during quarter-end closing periods.Salary and Benefits:The base salary range for this position is $69,300 to $95,315; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location.
