Job summary

Electrosonic is seeking a Warehouse & Facilities Specialist in Burbank, CA to manage inbound/outbound logistics, inventory, and facility coordination. The role supports fabrication when volumes are lower and may relocate warehouse operations to Ontario, CA in the future.

The candidate will coordinate shipments, keep accurate records, and maintain a safe, organized work environment while collaborating with procurement and project teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in warehouse, logistics, or related experience.
• Experience coordinating shipments with freight carriers.
• Basic understanding of inventory management principles.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify shipments against orders and project requirements.
• Record received materials and maintain inventory tracking.
• Organize warehouse inventory and storage locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare equipment for shipment to sites and clients.
• Coordinate freight pickups and deliveries with carriers and project teams.
• Obtain shipping quotes for domestic freight and parcel shipments.
• Coordinate vendor drop shipments and direct-to-site deliveries as needed.
• Maintain shipping documentation and tracking records.
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse audits.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization standards.
