• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field is required or preferred.
• Minimum five years’ experience in supply chain, warehousing, or related field.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and shipping/pick-and-pack systems.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage capacity and resources.

Responsibilities

• Manages shipping and inventory control, including off-site warehousing facilities.
• Plans and manages departmental productivity, quality, and outputs.
• Uses problem solving techniques to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Works with other managers to resolve systemic issues and drive improvements.
• Provides resources, training, and feedback to staff to meet objectives.
• Conducts timely performance evaluations and corrective actions as needed.
• Ensures safety and GMP compliance within the department.
• Interviews, selects, and trains employees in coordination with HR.
• Analyzes demand and ensures capacity to meet current and future needs.
