Job summary

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator at Carthage System is responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse workflow, receiving and fulfillment processes, and timely Carthage Supply deliveries to support order fulfillment.

The role collaborates across Inventory, warehouse execution, Accounting, IT/DEV, LAB, Health Team, vendors and carriers, coordinating daily priorities without direct supervisory authority and owning warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in supply chain, logistics, business, operations, or related field preferred.
• 2–3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, shipping, freight coordination, operations, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse workflow, receiving, fulfillment, shipping, and staffing.
• Maintain visibility to inventory, orders, shipments, and bottlenecks; coordinate resolutions.
• Ensure standard receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and fulfillment processes.
• Provide backup for Customer Service order processing when needed.
• Manage freight coordination, scheduling, and documentation with approved carriers.
• Escalate significant issues to the Director of Supply.
• Book routine freight within the $500 approval threshold.
