Otis Worldwide Corporation seeks a Warehouse & Deliveries Coordinator in Seattle to support field operations by managing inventory, materials, tools, equipment, and local deliveries. This hands-on role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and efficiency across the Seattle metro area.

You will coordinate shipping and receiving, maintain records, and assist with management of tools and waste disposal, while collaborating with field teams and vendors to ensure timely job-site readiness.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or a related area.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company requirements for operating a fleet vehicle.
• Ability to safely lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of parts, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments and maintain organized warehouse and yard areas.
• Manage inventory records and ensure materials are available for field teams.
• Prepare equipment and materials for job-site delivery or pickup.
• Complete occasional deliveries within the Seattle metro area using a company fleet vehicle.
• Support tool and equipment management to maintain operational readiness.
• Coordinate disposal of oil and regulated waste per safety and environmental requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory, delivery, warehouse, and waste-management documentation.
• Use Outlook, Excel, and related applications to complete basic administrative tasks.
• Work collaboratively with field teams, internal partners, vendors, and other business contacts.
