Job summary

Biblioso is seeking a Logistics Assistant - Warehouse (Onsite) to support movement, receipt, storage, and delivery of hardware assets across domestic and international sites. The role offers hands-on training in warehouse and logistics operations with a focus on flexibility and coverage across functions.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field and have an interest in hardware environments, with familiarity in inventory tools and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field.
• Interest in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or hardware operations.
• Willingness to learn domestic/international shipping operations and inventory processes.
• Familiarity with inventory tools such as SAP or ADO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international and domestic shipments with suppliers and partners.
• Assist with freight, customs services, and PO processes to enable shipments.
• Support receiving, storage, and inventory updates.
• Communicate logistics status and risks to stakeholders.
