Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or vehicle/auto-transport.
• Experience selecting, negotiating with, or managing third-party carriers or vendors.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), load boards, or shipment-tracking tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule cross-market and intra-market vehicle shipments to meet inventory and delivery timelines.
• Select the best carrier for each shipment by balancing price, on-time performance, and carrier availability.
• Monitor active shipments end to end, identify at-risk moves and intervene to prevent delays.
• Verify carrier invoices match agreed rates and moves; maintain shipment and cost records.
• Own Flexcar's carrier relationships and define/track performance against standards.
