OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking a Transportation & Logistics Coordinator in Orlando, FL. This role supports transportation and logistics operations by coordinating daily shipments, tracking deliveries, and maintaining records, while collaborating with internal teams, carriers, and drivers to meet delivery expectations.

1–3 years of experience in transportation coordination, logistics support, warehouse operations, or customer service required.

Responsibilities

Coordinates daily transportation activities, including scheduling pickups and deliveries with carriers and internal partners.
Communicates shipment details, updates, and changes to drivers, carriers, warehouses, and customer service teams.
Monitors shipment status and assists in resolving routine delays, issues, or service disruptions.
Maintains accurate transportation documentation, records, and logs in accordance with company standards.
Supports preparation of basic transportation reports related to delivery performance and costs.
Assists with compliance activities related to Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements and company policies.
