Expeditors in Minnesota is seeking an entry-level Transportation Agent to manage a customer portfolio, bookings, deliveries, and scheduling between customers, service providers and receivers. You will enter data, track shipments, and support timely invoicing, with a path to advancement through a strong training program.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors Degree required.
• Solid oral and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills with MS Office suite.

• Customer Service: effectively communicate with customers to ensure complete shipment processes and maintain client relationships.
• Operational Excellence: adhere to internal process standards for documentation, invoicing, and system updates.
