Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to write standard operating procedures and work instructions including demonstrated process improvement.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Supports warehouse team with outbound shipment planning (LTL & truckload).
• Ensure timely pickup of freight and submission of required documentation (ASN, customs).
• Communicate professionally and act as customer advocate to ensure efficient product delivery.
• Take on special projects and contribute to continual improvements.
• Assist account management with inquiries about shipments in transit or pending to ship.
• Maintain relationships with 3PL providers and monitor carrier performance.
• Stay aware of industry trends and suggest improvements.
• Route freight using in-house ERP and ensure adherence to routing requirements.
