Job summary

DSV is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to coordinate and deliver training programs required by DSV and clients. The role reports to the HR/Training Manager on site and covers quality control, work measurement, logistics procedures, safety and HR training.

You will develop role-specific competency training in systems and leadership development while providing ongoing support to employees and maintaining training records to ISO/5-Star standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years' experience working in warehousing and/or logistics preferred.
• 1-year clerical experience.

Responsibilities

• Orientation of new Associates and refresher training for site policies.
• Develop and maintain knowledge in relevant fields.
• Coordinate and deliver training courses required by DSV and the client.
• Plan and deliver OJT training to meet site needs.
• Ensure training information is entered into the database and accessible for audits.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

2 years' experience working in warehousing and/or logistics

1-year clerical experience
