Job summary

RemX in Kentucky is seeking an experienced Training Supervisor to lead and oversee all training activities within a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment.

You will develop, implement, and facilitate training, including new hire orientations, safety, SOPs, forklift and code of conduct training, plus ongoing workforce development. Strong presentation and leadership skills are essential; Train-the-Trainer certification is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training for warehouse/distribution environments.
• Ability to build engaging programs and measure impact.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and facilitate training programs for warehouse operations.
• Oversee onboarding, safety, process, forklift, and code of conduct training.
• Maintain training documentation, audits, and compliance.
• Partner with Operations, HR, staffing agencies, and QSHE teams.
• Drive cross-training initiatives and support SOP development.
