Job summary

Plastic Express is seeking a dedicated Training Specialist to lead employee training across Warehouse, Bulk Trucking, and Rail Operations. You will develop and deliver training for Warehouse Packaging, Shipping and Receiving, Drayage, CSR, and Pulverizing, while ensuring all staff stay current with policies and required certifications.

You will maintain training records, support safety and quality initiatives, and collaborate with the Rail and Warehouse teams to update materials and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General management experience, ideally within the logistics industry.

Responsibilities

• Train employees across Warehouse, Bulk Trucking, and Rail Operations.
• Develop and deliver training for Warehouse Packaging, Shipping and Receiving, Drayage, CSR, and Pulverizing.
• Maintain all training records and certifications in compliance with governing regulations and Plastic Express policies and procedures.
• Support safety, quality, and operational initiatives.
• Collaborate on updating training materials and procedures across operational areas.
• Document and upload training documents in required databases/systems.
