thyssenkrupp Bilstein of America, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Training Specialist (LTS) to train new and existing staff in safe operation of equipment at the Bilstein Logistics Center (BLC) in Hamilton, Ohio.

The role focuses on forklift operation, certification management, and safety program enforcement in a fast-paced automotive logistics environment. Responsibilities include developing training plans, maintaining records, and collaborating with BLC leadership to improve training methods and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in teaching, HR, instructional design or related field preferred or demonstrated training ability.
• Knowledge of traditional and modern training methods (in-classroom, e-learning) and tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and forms, SharePoint.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and learn OSHA regulations related to material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develops, schedules and delivers training programs for new hires and experienced staff.
• Maintains training records and certifications for OSHA compliance.
• Engage with leaders to improve training effectiveness and equipment knowledge.
• Ensure training materials and guides are available and current.
• Train associates on machinery operation and ergonomics to prevent injuries.
• Support safety initiatives and reinforce a culture of safety.
