Job summary

Ebara Technologies Incorporated is seeking an organized Shipping Administrator in the Sacramento, CA area to support the movement of finished goods. This role coordinates with transportation providers, logs orders, and maintains shipment records.

The ideal candidate will have 2–6 years in shipping-related roles (3+ in traffic) and strong MS Office, communication, and customer relations skills. Adherence to safety policies is expected.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Business, or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 2–6 years work experience, semiconductor or related industry preferred; 3+ years in traffic with air/van transport required.
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations. Working knowledge of shipping/receiving documents and controls.
• Strong customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Log order information into computer and files, and distribute paperwork as necessary.
• Maintain records and generate reports for accounting and other departments.
• Coordinate and communicate with transportation companies.
• Confirm the accuracy of invoices, bills, and charges relative to shipments.
• Comply with EBARA safety policies and complete required safety training.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment per EBARA policies.
