Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Traffic Clerk to support daily transportation and warehouse operations in a temperature-controlled facility. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, communicate with drivers and internal teams, and maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics, or related administrative role preferred.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication with drivers, carriers, and leadership.
• Comfortable using computers and learning warehouse, transportation, or inventory management systems.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating as part of a team.
• Experience with shipping documentation, scheduling, data entry, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support daily operations.
• Communicate shipment status with drivers, carriers, warehouse team, and leadership.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping and receiving documentation.
• Enter and update information in warehouse and transportation systems.
• Verify shipment details and resolve discrepancies related to orders or inventory.
• Schedule and monitor appointments, supporting trailer movement and product flow.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Provide administrative and operational support to warehouse and transport teams.
• Assist with problem-solving to keep daily operations running smoothly.
