Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Traffic Clerk to support daily transportation and warehouse operations in our Charleston facility. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, communicate with drivers and internal teams, and maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while adhering to our procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics, warehouse operations, or related administrative roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with drivers, carriers and internal teams.
• Proficiency with computers and warehouse or inventory management systems.
• Organizational skills with accuracy and adherence to procedures.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with shipping documentation, scheduling, data entry, or customer service is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support daily operations.
• Communicate shipment status with drivers, carriers, warehouse staff, and leadership.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping and receiving documentation.
• Enter and update data in warehouse and transportation systems.
• Verify shipment details and resolve discrepancies related to orders or inventory.
• Schedule and monitor appointments; support movement of trailers and products.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Provide administrative support to warehouse and transportation teams.
• Assist with problem-solving to keep daily operations running smoothly.
