Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Traffic Clerk to support daily transportation and warehouse operations in a temperature-controlled facility. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, communicate with drivers and internal teams, and maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.

• Experience with shipping documentation, scheduling, data entry, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Schedule Flexibility: The schedule may change based on business and operational needs, including a potential shift to 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.

Environment: This role works within a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment? Lineage is seeking a Traffic Clerk to support daily transportation and warehouse operations. In this role, you'll help coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, communicate with drivers and internal teams, maintain accurate documentation, and support the smooth flow of products through the facility.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and support inbound and outbound shipments to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Communicate with drivers, carriers, warehouse team members, and leadership regarding shipment status and scheduling.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping and receiving documentation.
• Accurately enter and update information in warehouse and transportation systems.
• Verify shipment details and help resolve discrepancies related to orders, inventory, or documentation.
• Schedule and monitor appointments and support the efficient movement of trailers and products.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures and operational requirements.
• Provide administrative and operational support to warehouse and transportation teams.
• Assist with problem-solving and communication to help keep daily operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in transportation, logistics, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, or a related administrative role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with drivers, carriers, warehouse team members, and leadership.
• Comfortable using computers and learning warehouse, transportation, or inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational skills with a commitment to accuracy and following established processes and procedures.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating as part of a team.
• Previous experience with shipping documentation, scheduling, data entry, or customer service is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
