Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carriers to maximize profitability and efficiency.
• Schedule and coordinate shipments.
• Use software tools to locate carrier equipment.
• Track and trace shipments and resolve issues during transit.
• Communicate service issues with Account Manager.
• Perform sourcing activities and develop carrier rates.
• Pursue new business opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
