Job summary

Monster Energy is hiring a Logistics TMS Analyst in Corona, CA. You will manage day-to-day transportation activities, track shipments, and ensure documentation for customs clearance.

You will analyze transportation data to identify trends and inefficiencies and collaborate with internal teams to optimize carrier selection and lanes. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in transportation or logistics, experience with SQL and BI tools, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration, Supply Chain, Finance or related field.
• 1–3 years in transportation, warehouse or inventory management.
• 1–3 years creating and presenting high-level data analysis reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SQL; Power BI & Tableau; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transportation data to identify trends and inefficiencies with accurate data.
• Manage freight lane data in a TMS and optimize lane selection and carrier choices.
• Coordinate with internal departments, country managers and freight forwarders to ensure data integrity.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly/annual transportation reports and analyze data to improve deployments.
• Schedule container bookings, maintain logs and coordinate shipments and customs/documents.
• Provide shipping documents to warehouses and assist with customs requirements.
• Communicate across teams to ensure product availability and packaging standards.
