Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking an Analyst, Logistics TMS to manage day-to-day transportation activities, track shipments, and ensure customs-ready documentation. You will analyze transportation data to identify trends and inefficiencies and drive improvements across lanes and carriers.

The role requires 1–3 years in transportation/logistics, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and SAP.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in transportation and/or logistics.
• 1–3 years of experience in creating and presenting high-level data analyses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SQL (intermediate); Power BI and Tableau; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transportation data to identify trends and inefficiencies; ensure data accuracy.
• Manage freight lane data in TMS and help set up new lanes; minimize disruptions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, country managers, customers, and freight forwarders to ensure data integrity.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly/annual transportation reports and optimize carrier selection.
• Schedule container bookings to meet customer orders and production planning.
• Maintain container logs and ensure accurate triggering of inventory movement and billing.
• Provide documents to warehouses and forwarders for on-time shipments and customs docs.
• Coordinate prepayment of customs fees and bid on shipping lanes.
• Communicate with departments to ensure product availability and proper SOP adherence.
