Job summary

Monster Energy seeks a detail‑oriented Analyst, Logistics TMS, to handle day‑to‑day logistics activities, track shipments, and ensure clearance documentation. You will analyze transportation data to identify trends and inefficiencies, and lead data-driven improvements across carrier selection and lane optimization.

The role requires 1–3 years in transportation or inventory management, strong SQL/BI skills, and experience with Power BI/Tableau.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in transportation, warehouse, or inventory management.
  • 1–3 years of experience in creating and presenting high level reports of data analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; intermediate SQL; experience with Power BI & Tableau; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze transportation data to identify trends and inefficiencies; ensure accuracy of data presented.
  • Manage freight lane data within TMS; help set up new lanes and minimize disruptions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maintain data integrity and resolve issues.
  • Produce daily/weekly/monthly transportation reports; design deployment models to optimize carriers.
  • Schedule container bookings to fulfill orders and coordinate shipments.
  • Maintain container logs and ensure timely loading and billing.
  • Provide shipping documentation and support customs clearance requirements.
  • Support prepayment of customs clearance fees and bid procurement for shipping lanes.
  • Communicate with departments to ensure product availability and compliance with SOPs.

A Day in the Life:

In the position of Analyst, Logistics TMS, you will be responsible for day-to-day logistic activities, tracking shipments, ensuring documentation and funds are provided for customs clearance. Analyze transportation data to identify trendsand inefficiencies.

The Impact You'll Make:
  • Analyze transportation data to identify trends and inefficiencies. Ensure data being analyzed and presented is accurate.
  • Manage freight lane data within Transportation Management Systems (TMS) system and lead process for setting upnew lanes in TMS as needed. Use knowledge and skills to find solutions to minimize disruptions.
  • Interact with various internal department personnel, country managers, external customers and freight facilitatorsto ensure data integrity, accuracy and address customer issues.
  • Manage daily, weekly, monthly, annual transportation reporting for data analysis. Analyze data and design newdeployment models as needed and based on data analysis, work with management to optimize carrier selection, lanes,and call out data that does not align with current Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
  • Schedule container bookings to fulfill customer finished goods orders and/or production planning of raw materialneeds, as well as coordinating the shipment of Premium and Apparel commodities.
  • Maintain container log to track shipments accurately so that trigger dates for inventory movement and billing arereported accurately.
  • Provide necessary information and documentation to warehouses and freight forwarders to effectively coordinatethe timely loading of shipments and prepare necessary shipping documents or work with customer service personnel toensure that all customs clearance requirements are met.
  • Coordinate prepayment of customs clearance fees and assist in procuring bids on shipping lanes.
  • Effectively communicate with various internal departments to ensure product availability, adherence to quality control guidelines and packaging standards and ensure that required shipping documents are on file and maintained for the specified audit requirement period.
Who You Are:
  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or relatedfield
  • Between 1-3 years of experience in transportation, warehouse, or inventory management
  • Between 1-3 years of experience in creating and presenting high level reports of dataanalysis.
  • Computer Skills Desired: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Intermediate SQL experience. Experience with BusinessIntelligence Software such as Power BI & Tableau. Other experience with BI software a plus. SAP experience preferred.

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated hourly pay range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Pay Range

$19 - $26 USD
