Monster Energy is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily activities in materials movement, receiving, loading, unloading, and shipping. The role emphasizes ensuring accurate inventory and implementing efficient processes.

We value a Bachelor's degree in business administration, 3–5 years of supervisory experience, and proficiency with MS Office; SAP experience and OSHA forklift certification are a plus. This full-time role is on-site in the Mount Pocono area.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design and implementation of work methods and operational procedures for shipments and inventory.
• Review shipping or receiving orders and manage inventory accuracy via cycle counts and audits.
• Develop work schedules, supervise staff, and provide guidance; may train and evaluate employees.
• Review work processes and suggest changes to improve efficiency and equipment performance.
• Provide leadership by setting expectations and maintaining safety standards.
• Communicate shift progress with the warehouse manager and address outstanding issues.
• Keep accurate records and prepare required paperwork.

A Day in the Life:

In the position of Warehouse Supervisor, you will supervise and coordinate daily activities of workers engaged in materials movement or handling, receiving, loading, unloading, transporting, stacking, order filling, shipping, and maintaining stockin a storeroom or warehouse.

The Impact You'll Make:

• Assist with design and implementation of work methods and operational procedures for activities, such asverification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory
  current.
• Review shipping or receiving orders and requests for movement of materials and products. Manage inventoryaccuracy through monitoring daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock takes and audits to verify results.
• Develop work schedules and assigns work to subordinates. Supervise staff, manage workload and provide effectiveguidance and direction. May train, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers,
  and disciplinary action.
• Review work processes, recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and qualityof product or service and suggest changes in working conditions to increase efficiency.
• Provide leadership support by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practicesand safety conscious behavior.
• Communicate with other shift supervisor and warehouse manager regarding the progress of the shift and anyoutstanding issues.
• Keeps accurate records, and prepares and submits required paperwork

Who You Are:

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration, or related field of stud
• Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in Warehouse supervisor role
• Computer Skills Desired: Proficiency with Microsoft Office. SAP experience preferred
• Preferred Certifications: OSHA Forklift Certification a plus

Pay Range

$56,250 - $75,000 USD
