Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking a Staff SAP Logistics & Distribution expert to lead global SAP Warehouse, Logistics and Distribution initiatives. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and govern deployments spanning LE, EWM, TM and EDI, with strong cross-functional collaboration.

You will drive best practices in warehouse and logistics, partner with IT and business teams, and push continuous improvement in supply chain performance and digital transformation efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP Solutions design, configuration and customization.
• Experience leading SAP EWM, Logistics, Distribution implementations within IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and oversee global SAP Warehouse, Logistics & Distribution solutions to meet business objectives.
• Lead SAP EWM, Logistics, Distribution, EDI projects from inception to completion with on-time delivery.
• Develop best practices in Warehouse & Logistics and evaluate solutions to drive efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver Operations projects within timelines and budgets.
• Analyze requirements and present a roadmap for successful implementations.
• Serve as primary SAP contact to resolve warehouse, logistics challenges and optimize performance.

** A day in the life:

As the Staff SAP Logistics & Distribution, you will deliver global processes, business requirements, design, and governance in and around the space of SAP Logistics execution (LE), Warehouse management (EWM), Distribution, EDI and Transportation. Provide insight and support on global, cross-functional, or regional initiatives in space of SAP LE, EWM, TM & EDI. Gather and analyze business requirements, design, build, and implement systems, and provide hyper care support.

** The impact you’ll make:

• Design, implement and oversee the global SAP Warehouse, Logistics & Distribution solutions to achieve business objectives.
• Lead projects in SAP EWM, Logistics, Distribution, EDI from inception to completion, including upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
• Develop best practices solutions in the field of Warehouse & Logistics. Serve as the point of contact in identifying latest trends in the field of Operations and evaluate appropriate solutions to drive efficiency.
• Partner with cross functional teams to deliver Operations transformational projects while adhering to project timelines. Work closely with IT and various cross functional business groups to ensure seamless integration and operation.
• Analyze business requirements, prioritize based on solution cost/benefit analysis, present to department leader an successful implementation roadmap.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP -related issues in the space of Warehouse, Logistics, providing expert guidance and support to resolve technical challenges
• Responsible for maintenance and continuous improvement of Supply chain, Operations solutions by designing and implementing new functionalities to ensure they meet business requirements and performance standards.
• Actively engage with operations leaders to identify business problems that are conducive to AI and/or automation solutions in line with Digital Transformation (DT) road map and vision
• Partner closely with end-to-end solution verticals to understand requirements and ensure no business risk, quality and deliver the project on budget and timeline

Who you are:

• Prefer a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of – Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in Process Mapping, Design, Configuration & Customizing of SAP Solutions
• More than 5 years of experience in SAP Logistics & Distribution implementation as part of IT team
• SAP, ERP, S/4 Hana, EWM, SAP Transportation Management, Logistics & Microsoft tools.
• Hands-on experience with EDI/IDoc integration for logistics processes and transportation processes within SAP.
• Preferred Certifications: APICS, SAP EWM, SAP LE

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Pay Range

$142,500—$190,000 USD
